How to use
For everyday use (we mean it). Use this as you would any normal body lotion – in the morning, just out of the shower, before you put on your clothes or 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, and after swimming, sweating or towelling. Reducing this frequency will lower the level of protection significantly.
